The answer is quite obvious. Only if the fantasy can or does involve her! Don't tell her about your fantasy to have sex with 2 women at once. Don't tell her about your fantasy to be with a black girl (assuming your girl isn't black of course.) Don't tell her about your fantasy to sleep with a woman over 6 feet tall (assuming she isn't over 6 feet tall.) You get the idea! If you have a fantasy that could never involve her then you shouldn't mention it.

On the other hand if you have a fantasy that could or does involve her then sure go ahead and tell her about it! For example if you have a fantasy about having sex on the beach or some other public place, like in a bar bathroom. Then you should certainly tell her, who knows... maybe she'll be into it.
